About

From uncertainty to clear product decisions.

I connect user needs, business goals and technical feasibility. This creates clear priorities, testable hypotheses and product decisions that can be explained.

Understand the problem

Which problem is truly relevant?

Form hypotheses

What do we know — and what do we still need to learn?

Validate

What do we test before we invest?

Prioritise

What creates the greatest impact?

My approach

From problem to a clear product.

Understand the situation

At the beginning, I do not define what the interface should look like. I investigate which tasks need to be completed, which roles are involved and which domain or technical dependencies exist.

Typical questions

  • What is the actual goal?
  • Who makes which decision?
  • What information is required?
  • Where do waiting times occur?
  • Where do errors or uncertainty arise?

How I solve complex product challenges

Different industries, the same challenge: understand complex processes, identify friction and develop product logic that can be implemented.

Situation

In an AI-supported publishing product, users had to define goals, enter content, select channels, generate results and review multiple outputs.

Problem

Without a clear structure, too many decisions could arise at once. It also had to remain transparent what the AI was processing and how users could modify results.

My approach

I structured the experience as a clear end-to-end workflow. Inputs, system responses, AI states and review steps were separated. Results remained editable and under user control.

Outcome

A technically complex process became a comprehensible user journey with clear steps, transparent system states and a realistic foundation for frontend implementation.

„Different industries, the same strength: I recognise the structure behind a complex problem.“
